AI Predicts XLM Price

Stellar (XLM) is rising alongside the broader cryptocurrency market. Artificial intelligence (AI) models predict that by the end of July, the price could break through the $0.50 resistance level.

At the time of writing, XLM was trading at $0.46, up 20% in 24 hours and 86% over the past week.

During the rally, Finbold consulted OpenAI’s ChatGPT model, which outlined several possible price scenarios for the cross-border payment token:

• In a bullish trend, supported by market strength or positive project updates, XLM could rise to $0.55–0.62.

• In a neutral scenario, the price may consolidate between $0.42 and $0.48, potentially retesting support.

• If momentum weakens due to Bitcoin (BTC) stagnation or profit-taking, XLM may drop to $0.35–0.40.

The AI’s base case assumes Bitcoin stays in the $115,000–$119,000 range with continued positive sentiment for altcoins, potentially pushing XLM to $0.55–0.58 by month-end.

If Bitcoin dominance increases or risk appetite declines, XLM could fall back to $0.40.

From a technical perspective, the AI model identifies support between $0.35 and $0.38, a former resistance zone. The main psychological barrier remains $0.50, with further resistance at $0.60–0.65, last seen in early 2022.

XLM Rally Drivers

XLM’s surge has been driven by Bitcoin’s record highs above $119,000 and renewed interest in altcoins. A major catalyst was PayPal’s announcement of PYUSD stablecoin integration into the Stellar network after regulatory approval.

The July 11 announcement triggered a 20.5% intraday spike, lifting XLM from $0.345 to $0.416 as traders anticipated increased demand and liquidity.

Despite bullish momentum, the AI model warns that the 86% weekly increase may lead to a short-term correction if not supported by strong fundamentals and sustained trading volume.
