Litecoin Drops 10% in Bearish Trading With Pullback
At 9:42 PM (6:42 PM GMT) on Monday, Litecoin was trading at $111.22, according to the Investing.com index, down 10.08% on the day. This marked the largest single-day decline in the cryptocurrency’s value since April 6.
The drop also pushed Litecoin’s market capitalization down to $8.50 billion, or 0.22% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. Previously, at its peak, Litecoin’s market capitalization stood at $25.61 billion.
Over the past 24 hours, Litecoin traded within a range of $110.62 to $118.65.
In the past 7 days, Litecoin has lost 5.65% in value. The trading volume of Litecoin in the 24 hours prior to the publication of this article was $1.14 billion, or 0.48% of the total cryptocurrency volume. During the last 7 days, the price fluctuated between $110.6168 and $124.7378.
At present, Litecoin has fallen from its recorded high.
