Santiment stated that investors are ready to buy the dip

According to their assessment, the market capitulation widely discussed on social media will occur very soon or may have already occurred.

“Retail investors are looking for signs that others are exiting the game. This is exactly what they perceive as an attractive entry point into the crypto market,” Santiment noted.

Amid the ongoing bearish trend, the fear of missing out among retail investors is beginning to outweigh concerns about further price declines, analysts said.

However, for a full reversal to a bullish trend, a phase of “final cleansing” is required, during which the most vulnerable categories of crypto asset holders must exit their positions, the analysts explained.

Earlier, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated that a significant portion of negative sentiment is already priced into Bitcoin, and the asset’s price will rise as the bearish trend exhausts itself.
