Bitmine Executes Largest Ethereum (ETH) Purchase in Four Months

Bitmine, a firm specializing in cryptocurrency investments, drew attention last week with large-scale acquisitions.

Over the past four months, the company reached its highest accumulation pace, purchasing 101,627 Ethereum in just one week. This marks the largest weekly increase since major purchases recorded during the week of December 15, 2025.

Bitmine’s total holdings of Ethereum have grown to 4,976,485 ETH, representing approximately 4.12% of Ethereum’s total supply. Control over such a volume positions the company as one of the leading institutional players in the market.

The company’s overall financial strength is also notable. The total value of its crypto assets, cash reserves, and other investments is estimated at around $12.9 billion. The portfolio includes $1.12 billion in cash assets, 199 Bitcoin, a $200 million stake in Beast Industries, and approximately $107 million invested in Eightco Holdings.

Experts say Bitmine’s aggressive Ethereum accumulation strategy reflects strong long-term expectations for Ethereum. Growing institutional interest continues to signal confidence in the future of the Ethereum ecosystem.
