Crypto Exchange Binance Adds Multiple Altcoins to Its Spot Liquidity Enhancement Program

Binance, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced the expansion of its altcoin liquidity enhancement program. According to the exchange, starting April 6, 2026, at 03:00, multiple new trading pairs will be added to the Spot Altcoin Liquidity Enhancement Program.

The Binance Altcoin Liquidity Enhancement Program is notable as the first initiative of its kind on the spot market launched by a major crypto exchange specifically to improve altcoin liquidity. The goal is to increase market depth and reduce price volatility for low-volume assets.

With this update, the number of trading pairs included in the program has increased from 20 to 40. Newly added pairs include AAVE/$USDT, TON/$USDT, ALGO/$USDT, JUP/$USDT, DYDX/$USDT, XAUT/$USDT, and GMX/$USDT. The addition of Tether Gold (XAUT) against $USDT is seen as a significant step toward improving asset diversification for investors.

Experts suggest that such liquidity enhancement programs can contribute to healthier price discovery in the altcoin market. Increased liquidity is expected to narrow bid-ask spreads and reduce transaction costs.

Binance representatives stated that this expansion was implemented to improve user experience and support the sustainable development of the altcoin ecosystem.
