The inflow of retail investors who are actively trading fractional shares of tech companies has allowed Solana to surpass Ethereum in the number of active users. It is now the network with the largest number of addresses holding tokenized real-world assets (RWA).
On February 11 at the Consensus Hong Kong 2026 conference, Tom Lee, Managing Partner at Fundstrat, addressed investors directly. He urged them to stop trying to catch the exact market entry point and instead focus on accumulating during the current downturn.

Investors withdrew $1.82 billion from U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs over the last five trading days amid continued weakening market sentiment and rising precious metal prices.
This is the largest inflow of the two biggest cryptocurrencies to the exchange in a month. However, real demand for buying these assets has not yet been observed.
This week, BitMine, led by Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee, once again increased its Ethereum reserves, taking advantage of a decline in the leading altcoin. According to data from the Arkham platform, the firm acquired 48,049 ETH worth nearly $140 million from a FalconX hot wallet. It should be noted that the company has not officially confirmed this transaction.
Arkham explained the sharp increase in TPS by the integration of the Layer-2 solution Lighter. It uses zero-knowledge (ZK) rollups designed to enhance the network’s throughput. The second-fastest Layer-2 solution remains Base, processing 100–300 transactions per second.
