The cryptocurrency exchange Binance, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Lviv IT Cluster, has announced the launch of the Web3 Sustainability Laboratory — a national initiative aimed at developing blockchain technologies, investments in innovations, and Ukraine's digital transformation.

Mykhailo Rohalskyi did not rule out the possibility of cryptocurrencies being introduced into the bank. He said this during a conversation with SPEKA.

Users from Ukraine also can no longer use the “Recurring Buy” feature: automatic orders for regular cryptocurrency purchases are no longer executed. Any set limit orders for buying assets with fiat are also canceled.

Nikolaychuk called the vast majority of cryptocurrencies volatile assets with a high level of risk, while the main principle of managing international reserves should be the security of funds. Sharp falls and jumps in the exchange rate of crypto assets can reduce the total volume of reserves, Nikolaychuk explained.
